Telangana State Road Transport Corporation [TSRTC] — refund issue | |||
It has been more than one month that i had booked a online reservation ticket through tsrtc website. I got a sms that bus has been cancelled and you can get refund amount with in 7 to 15 days. Till now i did not get refund amount. While i am trying to contact through helpline number they said we are on strike untill strike calls off you won't get refund amount. So i am approaching this forum. I am attaching my journey details below. Please solve my issue as soon as possible. Thank you. Was this information helpful? | |||

I left my orange colour Bag in a bus while travelling from kandi to ptc. It was a Sangareddy depo bus. I do have the ticket and the vehicle number is 2089. Please check regarding this.

The bus conductor and the driver of the electricbusno.TS 10UB 8173 are unnecessarily shouting at the passengers I really feel bad as a human
