I have booked a ticket for 17th june *hyderabad to bangalore*, i received
The payment success confirmation mail from the gateway but did not receive
The ticket confirmation yet. Its been more than a week no response from the team and the customer care phone number just does not work.

I need an immediate refund and resolve on this issue
