Telangana State Road Transport Corporation [TSRTC] — ticket hard copy but not accepting and asking to show sms message for 9th class student

We have booked a ticket in online and that copy is given to our son who is a student and studying 9th class in hyderabad. For holidays he is coming to home and while the hardcopy of the ticket is shown to driver he is not allowing student to enter into bus and asking to show sms message. How student will maintain cell. Student is showing hardcopy and driver is not accepting it. Bus details: service number :8975, ticket number: 62770527, date of journey 10-aug-2019. Driver behaves very bad please taken action on the driver who is in duty.
