Tele Shopping Brands — wrong item delivered (fake item)

I have ordered noise action camera from tele-shopping paid rs.2500.
They also contacted me before sending me the package and i also asked them that is it the real noise action camera and they have told me that, "yes, its the original item". The camera quality is 3rd class and its not even vga camera!!

They have sent completely wrong and fake item to me.
The box was totally damaged and camera was even not working.
The outer packaging of the product was totally damaged.
I have tried to contact the seller, but they are not even picking the phone number. Please help. I want my money back. Please help.
