Telebrands India — proper product not delivered and not getting full refund as well

Very bad experience buying online from telebrandsindia.com and hbn. I had ordered online on telebrandsindia.com for spin and go (With feet pedal) mop worth 1499 and what they send me is super mop (Without pedal) worth 1326 and to makeup for the difference amount they send me some unwanted free items (Check attached invoice photos). On calling the customer care, the rude lady named mili told that your full money will not be refunded and you have to take the product, you cannot do anything, go to any court etc.
