[Resolved] Telebuy — Received a defective Body Pro Product - complaint no[protected] | |||
On 1st July 2015 received a defective Body-Pro Product and registered a complaint with the no[protected] within 60 mins of the product received time. Till today no response even when i call to Bangalore office they are saying they have not got any update from their head office. Felt really bad and re thinking of my purchase from telebuy. This is rajesh from chennai, I bought Bodi Pro Roller from Chennai telebuy, its a best machine to do exercise for body. I like this product very much needs just 10 minutes a day, before a month my bodi pro roller got some damage I call them one of the customer care reach us within few days and repaired fastly. Now I m using it without any problem my weight reduced to some limits and my whole family members where using it.
