We bought Insta Mop from telechoice in the month of July. We have used this product around 4 to 6 times from the date of purchase. we feel the product is good.

Since the mop stick is not functioning properly we called customer support for service. They agreed to provide service. But no one have turned till date even after so many calls made every day. Either they do not attend phone calls or they use tell " we come today for service". At last we got fed up and taught to log complaint through y our website.
