On November 6th 2015 we have ordered for vegetable & fruit cutter from tele choice Invoice no: 62733 for amount of Rs. 2700 by seeing the advertisement in the TV and ordered the product
what we saw in TV add is complete different from the product which we received
and blades of the vegetable cutter is not at all working the veggies are no able to cut
we are contacting the tele choice from the date we received the order on contact numbers [protected] but no response and they give excuses stats that the executives are not available
finally we communicated on 11/02/2016 and i spoke to them they promised us to send the blades once again and they suggested to see the video which they sent from there whatsapp number [protected] it videos which they sent and the add we saw is different
tele choice is doing the fraud business selling customer 2700rs product in which the actual product in market is not even 200rs
and the product warranty was for 3months but there is no response from the tele choice and the free product which we received was carbon steel cookware set which is for no use the cookware is no good quality
we need the amount to be refunded
till date we are contact them but there is no response fraud tele choice
