my name subhendu Shee, i used releince connection last 3years in this No. [protected] is prepaid connection but 07/05/2013 i have changed my mobile connection prepaid to postpaid of your Reliance Out let 1/2, East Patel Nagar New delhi , but no is activate is 29.05.2013, but mobile incomeing & outgoing is stop 11.06.2013 for reason high bill but bill is not received bill is payment 11.06.2013 receipt no S[protected] & S[protected] dated 11.06.2013 mobile service is active on 12.06.2013 and mobile service is stop 17.06.2013 any reason i have not received any massage & any phone i have going to Karol Bagh reliance outlet excutive said deposit CIF form Photo, Address Proof, & ID proof no is active 18.06.2013 ,but any massage & any call My mobile Incomeing & Outgoing Stop Dated 23.06.2013 , i am call customer Care customer care excutive Said deposit Id Proof & address proof deposit In Any reliance Out let Mobile is active 24 Hrs , i come to reliance outlet In Phalad market Karol Bagh New Delhi three Time deposit my Id Proof Address & Cif from dated 24.06.2013 but mobile is not active i come to Reliance outlet he said Rs. 3500/ for activation charges not this mobile no is deactive , i have come to Senor Excutive he said deposit address proof & id proof i active this no. 24 hrs but not active my mobile no.


i want to Reliance customer Care any soluation but i want my no surrender to reliance , we request to kindly email us urgent but i have come to Consumer court

Reliance Mobile — high bill

there is no network in my office, but my bill is generated very high.

Reliance Prepaid Mobile — new connection not activating

When I take new connection its working fine after few days my number got deactivated. I called up reliance customer care they said I have to resubmit all document. Again I submit my voter id copy with photograph, after that 3 days gone but still not get activate. Please take action against my complain. I am facing so many problems.

My alternate contact No.-[protected]
My mobile no. is [protected]. But we want to change the no . to [protected], for this we already informed the relience person for several time from 27/02/09 to till today. But no action has been taken yet . And Please send my call details from 27/02/09 to 31/03/09.
Take nessesary action to change my no. ASAP.

i have a telecom in roorkee named SRI SAI TELECOM.i`m disagree with the service of Relience in roorkee bcoz there is no any FOS for getting ID`s.we have to go there to submit ID`s.
so this is requested to you, plz give a suitable solution.

dear sir,
i am a prepaid customer bearing mobile number [protected].I have submited my documents three time. i have submited my document third time on 22nd of january 2011 and 7 days have passed and my service has not yet started.Now i am complaining via e-mail.They started my number on 25th of january but again stopped it on 26th .if it is again not taken into consideration i will have to switch over to some other connection.
pls i am requesting you to let my outgoing start now and contect me on [protected].

very service i have never seen this type of attitude from reliance. please co-operate with customers. because i am utilising your service from past 2 years i can switch to some other but i am having cdma set so 'm suffering.

This is the worst kind of service which is providing from Reliance in INDIA.
Have to improve services and should make toll free numbers to call customer care for getting information and to get even more details. Relaince web site is not providing the required information about the caller tune codes.

I am totally upset with reliance service ..as i am a reliance cdma user and my number is [protected]. My number is debarred and i am not able to contact customer care that why my services are stopped . This is happening second time to me i called from another number to know the reason and i speak to mr chaman he told me that my service is stopped due to documentation problem i dont understand why this is happening after 2 months i have submitted photocopy of my Adhaar card. I dont know why this is happening again and again. So here now i am going to port my number here you are losing your valuable customer due to your poor service .kindly contact me on my number which is [protected]
