Telenor — regarding my balance deduction | |||
Company have started a vas service named as live autrology without any further detailed and deduct my balance of rs.5 on 16/08/2017. When i call customer care, mr. Ajay kumar have picked my call and dont give sufficient information and without confirmation, he disconnect the call... I want my money back Kindly notice the above issue Mb. On 1st aug '17 I recharged 123 rs talk time thrice. Recharge didnt go successful everytime and money deducted everytime. Out of 369 rs 246 came back. Rs 123 is still not come. Did Complain but they said computer didnt show any of this things. Online complain didnt file.I have massages of this Recharges.
