Sir my name is pawan kumar gupta s/o ram laxman gupta. address- chandra shekhar azad nagar phase. 02, house no 07, post office. Auravna. Lucknow up Pin code. 227101.
Two time recharge my telenor sim [protected] so two time debited 168/- rupees in my account debited date and time first 14/12/15, 22:01:57 and second time 21/01/16, 21:22:54.
This recharge our debit card
Sir bank of baroda bank manager give me proof that this transmission is successful
I talk many time your coustermer executive he always. Say that transaction is failed
I attach this application all documents send you
I request very politely give me my money back in my account - [protected] or in my mobile phone number [protected]

How can you say these money you refund me?
or if you refund my money where was he gone.?

He not show in my bank account or not show in my telenor sim balance till now?
