Respected Sir, Madam With due respect I am writing this letter to inform you that I Sarfaraz Zakir Employee code [protected] was an ex employee of the company Teleperformance in Axis Bank Home Loan process Kolkata during date 22 August 2020 to date 1st April 2021. Few days after resigning from the company. I find a issue in resetting the password in UAN PF Account Portal. Because the HR of the company Teleperformance has registered incorrect mobile with my UAN NO and even my aadhar card is not link with my UAN NO. So because of this reason I am finding difficulty to reset the Password in UAN PORTAL. Even though the HR of the company Mr sudipto is not helping me to resolve my issue. I tried several times to contact the HR but no proper response and feedback I am getting from the HR side, even though I have also mail several times to the HR of the company about my problem but no proper resolution or feedback is given by the HR to resolve my issue. So, therefore I kindly request you to please help me in resolving my issue. Thanking you in expectation that my grievance will be attended to soon.
