I have given order on 18th of Oct 2016 for 1+1 Free of slim belt after seeing advtg. in the TV, they have booked order and sent the belts against bill no-2278 on 20th of Oct at my residence House no-38, Sector-5, Near Water works Supply Gurgaon-122001 after confirming the sizes but very sorry to say that i have received short sizes & When I asked they said that we will replace with in 2 days through courier service but after talking so many times at this no. [protected] they pick the phone & every time they say we will call tomm. & immediately disconnect the phone really cheated person & approx. 20 times I have called. The quality of belt is so poor & not up to the mark. Once again Request you to kindly look in to this matter on priority & take further action.
