Really Templeyatri is a fraud company I booked from 23 jan’19 to 28 jan’19 south tour, they are speaking very nice till they get payments. Still last minutes of the tour they will not provide vouchers, and vouchers will not be covering all conditions while booking. During tour also, customers has to speak on telephone for each and every arrangement. After payment also, they had not paid to third-party vendors (Hotels bills paid by me)....

During the yatra at the last moment they informed that due to bad weather helicopter was cancelled and we will refund the money with in 10 days. We had booked customised tour package for saurashtra darshan from 16.01.2017 to 21.01.2017. We had to make number of calls for getting required info. Hotel vouchers. Etc. Despite repeated request to send vouchers at least 2 days before journey start, vouchers were sent on 15th i. E. Journey day and enroute to somnath. It created unwarranted tension through out. I take a honeymoon package from temple yatri on 24 Dec to 4 Jan. It's service has very worst & it is a cheater company. It's employee Vibha accountant & Ankit dubey those are Fraud. Those are take a all amount against 3 star hotel, transport, dinner, but those are not provided us dinner at hotel tulip Mumbai vasai, Shirdi & also not arranging a candle night dinner at goa. Templeyatri is a FRAUD company who not only keeps money or fail in planning the trips for its customers, but also fails to make the payment to its employees and freelancer.
After making several calls and asking like beggars the company's representative makes a silly excuse that the concern person is not available.
It's not about holding the money, but about the work ethics. This is an unexpected and unbelievable company on...

In spite of my repeated phone call why not you people return my balance money thatI have deposited for my package. We had deposited our package cost before we start our trip. But you have not paid the money in hotel and your operation manager told us to paid the hotel cost Rs10, 800 and your company will return it after one day ie. On 28dec.2016. I had booked tour package from temple yatri. I could not get the taxi services for transit as well as site seeing, which was included in packge.
Whatever hotels they have booked by telling complementary breakfas and dinner, I could not get the services.
While transit and local site seeing I have arranged the vehicles every where by speaking to Ms Vibha Jha and paid the charges myself.
This amount they have to refund....
