Templeyatri — Non refund of advance payment without any response to my various mails

Dear Sir,

I had written so many mails to your Mr. Avinash Kumar and Ms Vibha Jha regarding refund of advance amount collected by Avinash Kumar for Rs. 3000/-. Now I understand from Vibha that Avinash has left your organization and Vibah Jha (MB [protected]) does not respond to my calls. If I do not hear form you I shall be forced to approach the consumer court for recovery of my amount with penal charges.

In this regard it may be mentioned that I had booked for Gujarat trip in the month October 2016 with Mr Avinash @ Rs.9000/- per person who has asked for advance of Rs. 3000/- for 3 adults. Now Vibha Jha has revised the amount to Rs. 38000/- for 3 adults which is not acceptable to me. It appears to me that you are a fraud company employing fraud persons from Bihar etc and does not have any responsibility which will be published through Social network.
I trust you will look into the matter and respond positively.
