[Resolved] Tencent Games — purchased in-game currency not credited | |||
I purchased 600+60 UC from Player's Unknown Battle Ground Mobile ( PUBG Mobile ) on 2/12/18 for ₹724 ( Actual ₹799 - ₹75 [ Google Play discount for purchases above ₹299 ] ). The payment was made through my bank's net-banking method and the screen led me to the game after the payment was done. After waiting for 15mins and several re-start of the game, the UC was not credited in-game. I got a transaction message saying the amount was debited from my account to the PUBG in-game vendor of India : TIMES OF MONEY MUMBAI and no other email or message or anything else was recieved. I tried contacting the in-game support of the game and they only ask more details but don't provide any help even after sending my transaction screenshots from the bank's official application. I feel like I've been looted and they don't care as the company is garnering more popularity. Was this information helpful? | |||

I had spent 799 Rs for uc. but i didnt recieved uc in games. money get deducted from account. so pls do needful. refund my money, I will never play this game again ...😫😫😫😫 pls do needful . I Am so worried i want my money back, now I dont want to play this time wasting game...
