[Resolved] Tencent — in game purchase failed

Today i purchased uc in pubgmobile with 799/- but the purchase failed yet the amount was debited from my bank account. So i need a solution and refund for my debited amount. I contacted their customer service and there was nothing positive from their side since they wanted a receipt from google payments which is not available since the purchase was failed. Hoping to get my refund soon

I purchased uc of 420 rs on 30 march, from Google Pay but in my pubg account it shows transaction cancelled, and money deducted from my account, How can I get refund .
The price o[censored]C was 42p but using my coupon it becomes 345, please resolve my case, as soon as possible.
