Tencent — money paid to pubg mobile, but uc not received

I bought a 600 uc pack worth ₹799 in pubg mobile.
Yet, i have not received the uc. I started this transaction on 15th january, 2020. Please make sure i get the product i was promised as money has been debited from my account. I have attached records of money being debited from my account, but no uc has come into my pubg mobile account. Please help.
