Tez — money deducted from my friend account but not received

My friend mr jaseem raza has transfer to of amount rs-450/- form his account on date 30 march at time 8:30 pm by tez. But money has received showing in my tez application, but don't showing my bank account till.
So kindly take necessary action as soon as possible.
