Yes, I will agree with your statements. In online reviews there is max reviews are only negative. Many costumers those who satisfied and happy most probably they don't spread the news much. If only get delayed or any other problems they immediately highlight the problems and but if the problem get solved also they doesn't right those experiences.

Its not about getting back the money, I think it is about the fulfilling the promises made during the booking. Why somebody has to go for cancellation if the promises are kept. What happens to the dream of buying or building an own house and now they so proud of saying money is returned after cancellation. Give me one reference where a customer got posession of the property with all approvals.

I am vinod .V i booked laxshmi project near ramohalli villege road kengeri branch so the project was delay due to no bmrd approval still, so i decide to cancelled the laxshmi project
i submit the all the original documents to head office (hrs l/o) related department (executive rachana) i cancelled 20 days back only still there is no response from cancellation department .. I called daily three times to mr. Manoj related person he not pick the call so i want to clarity for this and give mecheque immediately

Guys, Cancel all your bookings and get your money back from them with interest or else you will regret in future. They are good for nothing and they can't develop any flats or sites. It is afraud company.

Absolutely TRUE. TGS is a BIG FRAUD COMPANY. After i cancelled booking, they gave us 4 cheques and all the cheque got bounced due to insufficient fund in their account. All TGS employees are thief. When asked for money., they replied that they will give 1 lakh every month and we need to wait for 10 months to get full money. such a cheap company playing with peoples money... Nobody picks the call especially Mr. Manoj, Mr. Prithivi..

Even I am also having the same issue . Manoj told us he will give DD after 30 days starting from today. My check got bounced last week 12th Aug. can you please tell me if you got your money. I am thinking of sending them legal notice.

Hi Rana,

Till now we have not got any reply from Mr. Manoj. I checked with Axis bank, there is no transaction in TGS account since 10 months. Manoj said that he will give us DD, but till now there is no refund. I have given 10.50 lakhs to TGS. when called many times, these people harass us and use bad words. And we were told by TGS employees that we can file a case against them and even send a notice. They are well trained goondas.

In 2015, I had invested in TGS construction project called Athes in Whitefield, Bangalore, one flat 900sq.ft and paid rs 4.2 lakh. But TGS is now not responding to my messages. It seems it is a fraud and I will have to file case in court and also seek PM's help in MYGovIndia.

All those cheated should unite and make united appeal to PMO and other authorites to get back money.

TGS, DreamZ & Gruh Kalyan were all floated by Sachin Naik, Mandeep Kaur & Disha Choudhary and not sure how many keeps he is having and how many these two are having.

They have cheated thousands of crores of rupees of hard earned money of many innocent people, those who are hoping of securing their or their children’s futures are traumatized.

Many complaints are registered, but nothing is working out. In that context all the investors are holding a big rally on 18th Mar 2017 at Freedom Park, Bangalore to get the government, media, politicians attention...
