I was travelling from mumbai to guangzhou via bankok flight in business class flight no tg318 & tg668 i am frequent traveller of thai airlines ur executive mr hemant sharma whos is issuing the boarding pass was very much rude about everything luggage weight was excess but i was ready to pay the charges whatever applicable the person was damm rude enough to answer everything the business lounge issued to me from ur executive was mistake in my name it was ashok motwani instead of ashok hotwani soni har faced a lot of problem in lounge so pls have a proper action on this nd give me a quick reply on it Regards Ashok hotwani [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||||
