Thane Municipal Transport [TMT] — buses not stopping at hyde park stop

There is a bus stop ' hyde park ' at ghodbunder road beween tatvagyan vidyapeth and rmall..
On several occasions the driver and conductor refuse to stop at this bus stop claiming that this is not a valid bus stop. Even drivers of short distance route no 56, 62 are not halting here when passengers inside the bus want to alight and inform in advance. The stop clearly has painted almost all tmc bus numbers including 56 and 62..
So kindly ask the staff to obey the rules.
