Worst service by thangam travels.. I booked ticket for my mother and uncle in non a/c sleeper. They cancelled that bus and ask me to come to boarding point 1 hr before. I informed the same to my mother.. She get into the bus at 8.05 pm.. Bus reached mattuthavani bus stand at 10 pm.. People who already booked the ticket for this a/c bus came and shout at my mom because that was their seat.. Ls4 is the seat no i booked in non ac sleeper for my mom.. Then conductor asked my mom to change the seat they gave ls1.. Seat is not comfortable to sleep and my uncle's boarding is mattuthavani he also facing the same pblm.. I booked lower berth for him, he is 58 but they asked him to go to upper berth.. My uncle told he had knee pain rubbish conductor told you both are relatives (My mom and uncle) both share double side berth seat.. Who is he to decide about their relationship my uncle (Mom's sis husband).. My uncle was arguing with conductor to give proper seat he told you book the ticket in non ac bus but we are providing you ac bus simply go and sleep.. Is this the way to approach customer..
