Thaparsons Motors, Butibori, Nagpur, Maharashtra — hero maestro edge converter pipe damaged & very poor of quality of accessories

We have purchased the above said scooter from the said agency. It is observed during the free service that the converter pipe damaged & sounds very noisy. The agency avoid to replace it from last 02 months saying that it is not available with them. It's affecting the reputation of the company.
