Placed an order on 2nd April 24 but haven't received till date but they have sent an e- mail stating that the order has been delivered to my address on 12th which is totally untrue . Complained on customer care but none bothered and keep shunting saying that they have escalated the issue with the courier agency .Have requested for a refund but nothing happened thus far.
