When a company sells a product with manufacturing cost of 150 (as seen on shark tank) for 999 then you know what quality you can expect. I had the misfortune to not read any these complaints before I placed an order for a shoerack for 12000, a product of such poor quality that is not even worth 3000 rupees. I would not even want it in my home if someone gave it to me for free. Their website promises that each double shelf can hold 6 pairs, for a total of 18 pairs of shoes, but I received a product with only single layer shelves that can hold 3 pairs each for a total of 9 pairs. Not only this, their build quality is poor and the product is damaged. It looks nothing like the premium looking photoshopped photo that they posted on their website. Their social media strategy is so clever that they delete all negative reviews. If you have had a poor experience please email me the details [protected]@gmail.com.
