C. N. Raghu prasad, secunderabad, zonal commissioner. . Sir, we, on behalf of our builders association of india secunderabad, hyderabad, are giving regularly bribe to sri. C. N. Raghu prasad, secunderabad, zonal commissioner for each building approval. Today he (Sri. C. N. Raghu prasad, secunderabad, zonal commissioner) is instructing us, that we i. E each builder in the association have to give 2 lakhs rupees to bjp mla dr. Laxman for his election. We have witness and proof : video clip regarding his instructions. Being a government employee in trs govt. Canvasing to a bjp candidate is against the election rule and not acceptable. Sir, there are some builders in our association, that they cannot effort to give 2 lakhs. We have not thought that in trs government the government employees are canvasing to a bjp candidate.
