I have order nokia mobile i received that product but it is not working not on the mobile please as early as possible return the product and change the mobile

I bought a Nokia 1100 from this site. When I opened the pursel I saw a box of Nokia 1110. That's why I need to return it, please take it and return my money or give Nokia 1100 or I have to take some major steps like a case file on consumer court.
