I had ordered power bank and bluetooth from factory sales, but both products are dublicate and are not working correctly. I tried to contact them as well at that time there no. is out of service. Please do something for me.

Purchased a 32000mah power backup with free Bluetooth headset a few days back with the kink provided on irctc.co.in
Further to this I got a call from the number [protected] asking if the order is confirmed.
I said yes.
Later that day I got the following message from the same number
"Hi, Your Order ID DHFS[protected] confirmed & will be delivered within 2-4 working Days (Payable Amount - 940). Track now - 5mg.in/56e6af"
I have received a sub standard duplicate power backup and headset with one side mute.
I am trying to return it but the number- [protected] mentioned in there return policy page does not exist
