I have ordered sony mah power bank, but recd philips?????????...what are you guys tracking the orders while taking confirmaitons by call also and sending the wrong product..

More over the battery seems to be used and looking 2nd hand.
and moreover the free gift so called wireless headset is not working, sound not coming...
Pls return my money or else change the product or send me new power bank of philips and change the wireless headset.
