I am soma debnath. I have been conned by the attached seller – The GRID SPE GLOBAL by wrongly delivering items against my online order to VIENAA. The order number is 45828 and the AWB number is[protected]. It was COD and I paid 1708 /- for the delivery. But when I received the order, it was a wrong order delivered and searching for the seller I found that there are innumerable cases of fraudulent charges against this seller but as a reputed company DELHIVERY is delivering from such a company and putting their valuable customers in trouble. It is my request that since I have paid COD, please help me in getting my amount back and do not pay the amount to the bank of this seller as it is a fraud company.

I had ordered a handloom saree, my order no is 138551, but what I received on 06/05/2018 is a cheap saree not even handloom. But i had ordered from Triviyaa.com from facebook ad.
There was no option in payment except only cash on delivery.

If i don't get the money back it might go to RTI.

I have paid amount of Rs.640.00 for this.

My order no.165055 with Triviyaa.com
I have received two Cheap Level Sarees instead of 3 long kurtas for Rs.1393.
Now wanted to register the complaint against Triviyaa (The Grid Spe Global, Surat). Their contact no. is fake. Now, how to get the money back.
