The Gym — money taken and no services

They took 8k for 3 months membership and i had only gone for 15 days and the gym has been closed and the reason they are giving is that mcd has sealed. Whenever i call they promise me a day and keep extensing and it has been more than 2 weeks now. I have requested them to refund the money but now they are neither responding to messages nor taking calls.

There is no communication happening. I strongly urge people not to join the gym as they are least bothered about customers. My next step is to sue them for mental and financial harrassment and will also damage their online reputation as i work for a online marketing company and we very well know how to bring a brand down in 3 days.
