The Hindu — address change request

I took one year subscription for the hindu english new paper, here i attached my subscription details for your reference.

I already raised request twice to change my address, according to my new address still i can't get new paper for past two months.
Please do a arrangement to get the paper for my new address.

When i am try to reach your customer care number i couldn't get any response.
