The Hindu — ATM Center Without my father knowledge to drop the payment Rs.14000

Dear Sir My Father name is R. Varaprakasam, Railway retired employee. he went to dindigul on 1.07.2015, night 9.35 pm he has drop the amount Rs 600 for SBI ATM RLY STD RD. Dindigul. But one person told urgent to take amount come out quick sir. But he take the amount he received the card and come out. But 9.38 he have receive the msg for debited your account for Rs.14, 000 for my full pension amount. he ask costumer care told to complaint your branch. Today ask manager but he told this is not our system and bank fault. you will not close properly so somebody take your amount. we are not doing anything . But other private bank ATM's are once received the payment automatically log out. But Gov bank ATM not working properly. Kindly help me and find out the person use to ATM Camera.
