The Hindu — delivery of book "india 500 tests" (w20181230book0187) to an address in bengaluru

The book "india 500 tests" ordered by me was tried to be delivered by m/s professional couriers but returned "due to door lock". I received an e-mail from shamili from the subscription desk to confirm the postal address. I responded saying the address is correct and the book may be delivered. I also asked for the local contact details of m/s professional couriers in order to pick up the book from the courier's office. Unfortunately there is no update on either option.
