Dear Sir,

I stopped getting Hindu News Paper for more than a month, after that I mailed you also and even given complaint to the local responsible person. But still the problem is not yet resolved. In view of the above I felt, you are not at all much concerned about the customer requests/problems and you are taking it as lightly. Therefore it is requested that, please refund the whole subscription amount paid by me at the earliest.
