The Hindu — I am complaining about my news paper vender

My name is rohit waghmare, i am living in malad east, i am daily customer of the hindu news paper
I was working for the news paper vender (Balu dalvi) his shop name is 'dalvi uttapatra' when i exit from my jaob my payment is remaining. Mr. Dalvi say that i will geve you payment you take news paper daily as your payment and i agree with him he started paper form 5 jun but now he say i will not give you paper
Plz sir do something for this
