I had renewed my subscription for the hindu daily on 19/10/2018 vide ref id: t20181019esub7057.
Yesterday, on 15/11/2018 our newspaper boy informed that i will not be supplied with the newspaper from today onwards due to non-payment/non-renewal of my subscription. Immediately, at about 8.00 am i had contacted on toll free no:[protected] and informed the customer care executive about the incident. I was assured that my complaint will be attended to within 24 to 48 hours. But did not receive th daily issue.
Incidentally, subsequent to my telephonic complaint, i had received message and e-mail stating that my interaction regarding change of address is registered with reference no: a296386, which is absolutely absurd. I had simply asked the executive to correct the pin code as 560 100 instead of 560102 wrongly mentioned in my address. Today, (16/11/2018) at about 9 am also i tried to contact the customer care but invain, since i did not receive today's issue also. Um
I would like to request you to kindly restore supply of daily newspaper as well as to compensate for non-supply of today's edition. Was this information helpful? |
