The Hindu — non receipt of paper for which annual subscription has been paid | |
I have not received the news paper last saturday and again from monday to this saturday. I have remitted my subscription for a 3 year period. Initially i did not receive the paper for about 2 weeks and then the paper was supplied to me. My subscription id is [protected],. The hindu ref id is t20170926esub0095. An amount of rs.2, 772 was paid under bank reference number ol[protected] dt. 26/09/2017. I am totally disappointed with the paper supply. I am forced to call your marketing department time and again at bangalore for supply of paper. This happens regularly. I have trying to contact your mr. Omprakash at bangalore and he does not pick the calls or reply to messages. I am totally disgusted with this attitude of the hindu. Probably it is the corporate culture of kasturirangan & sons, to collect amount and then let the customer run around. I have my subscription valid till september 2020 and hope this complaint would set things in order and let me have the paper till that date. Was this information helpful? | |
