The Hindu — paper is not delivering since october 1st | |||
Dear madam/sir, I have been an esteemed customer of the hindu since 2009. I have paid the subscription fee on 11th sep 2017 before its expiry date to continue the paper to my home without any interruption. Details of billing are as follows: Payment information Subscriber id : [protected] Hindu reference id : t20170910esub0170 Amount : rs.899.00 Bank reference id : ol[protected] Date of transaction : mon sep 11 10:13:32 ist 2017 But since october 1st news paper is not delivering to my home. I have complained about this issue to our area (Saidabad, hyderabad) person concerned mr. Kiran kumar (Kirankumar. [protected]@thehindu.co.in) but he has not taken any action on this. I have also asked the paper distributor mr srinivas but he says "online subscription people will not get the paper on time he insisted us to pay through him either cash or cheque" I have exhausted with this and iam going to complaint this in consumer forum.. And also i will sue you in the court of law if you wont take the proper action with immediate effect. Was this information helpful? | |||
