The Hindu — re: using loudspeaker in public places
In spite of having implemented rule by the government of india against using loudspeaker in public place the rule is deliberately trespassed and the police is also not taking action upon the violators.in present days the street vendors are selling their products by announcing through loudspeaker. The sound caused by the vendors' loudspeaker speaker is disturbing the students studying in homes and elderly people those who have affected by ailments such as high bp and heart diseases. It is very sure all these street vendors have not obtained any prior permission from police to do this announcements. Was this information helpful?
