I subscribed for the hindu tamil edition and received the newspaper for one year. When i renewed it, i paid the subscription amount to the person who came to the door step, i paid the cheque for renewal and signed the filled up form. However i did not notice that the selection was done for english edition. But i continued to get tamil edition for the last 2 months since last renewal. But suddenly this is stopped and started getting english edition.
My complaint over phone and through mail did not yield positive result. I request that this is addressed immediately and i start getting the tamil edition for which i am eligible.
