[Resolved] The Holidays Club — the holidays club - worst customer service/request refund | |||||
This is a huge scam. Please stay away from this. I had a really bad experience dealing with these people. They will try to suck as much money as possible from you guys. If you google theholidaysclub review, a lot of people have filed complaints and written negative experience with them and mine is exactly the same. They will give false promises and an excellent sales pitch causing us to believe what they are actually saying. Underneath they are making a complete fool out of you. They charged us 50000rs for the membership They charged membership fees on the premise that they would refund it, if the customer service wasn't good. So, i bought the membership and booked a hotel through them and found the rates online much cheaper than what they are offering me. Moreover, the dates weren't exactly what i requested them. I asked them what is the advantage of having them if i can find the exact same hotel at a much cheaper rate online. Also, at the rates they quote you can find a much better hotel online. So reluctantly, i asked for the refund as i never used their service and dont intend to use it anymore. I have tried to reach out to them a few times over email and phone, but to no avail. I have taken the membership on 04-may-2019 but at the time of membership i was not able to read the whole terms and conditions and marketing team also not explained the same or not given the same before making the payment of 78000₹, therefore now i have read some reviews and gone through the t&c due to which i do not want to go with this white card membership.
So i request you to please help to reverse my payment and cancel my membership.
I also want to tell here that the marketing team so much manipulate the things and says that you have to take the decision on the table either yes or no but at that time me and my wife got stuck in sweet wordings and was not calculated the whole thing, even my wife just just understand the 8500₹ per year part only she didn’t get the 87000₹ plan for 5 years due to that we have given the payment and now when we read the whole t&c and discussed with each other then only she came to know that i have already paid 78000₹ due to that our whole family got upset.
I again request you please cancel this membership and refund the hard earned amount.
