The Holidays Club — unauthorized withdrawal of money

We were invited for joining the privileged membership of "theholidaysclub plan" at ccd, mohali on 28th dec 2018. I have 3 children aged 13, 16 and 19 respectively and i asked your volunteers to accommodate them (Me, my wife and 3 children of the mentioned ages, one might be counted adult among them) for the holiday plan and they assured to execute the same for us which according to your written policy is not true. It mentions the plan is valid for 2 kids and 2 adults for 6 nights and 7 days. Moreover, it mentions the respective bookings to be completed prior to 25-45 days before the holiday starts which is not suitable to me (Because of my fluctuating work schedule). I was unfamiliar of all this as mislead by your volunteers. Also the volunteers, ankit and simran negotiated with us to break this entire plan into emi payment method but this now sounds like a fraud as the entire amount of 45000 inr has been deducted from my bank account without my prior knowledge which is really intolerable. I've called them so many times but they are not responding positively.
Thereby i am not interested to go ahead with this holiday plan. Kindly refund my payment or i have to take a legal action. I feel to highlight the fact that if the required refund is not processed soon, i am going to sue your company for the deceitful act.
