I have placed orders vide order no. 18805731 for rs. 164/- & 18805722 for rs. 151/- on 14th august'19 from the jt stores, since the orders were not delivered till 24th aug'19, then i have decided and informed to the jt stores and cancel the said orders. After sending several reminder, on 3rd oct'19 the jt stores send a email for their apologies for canceling the order and informed that my refund is approved and ask me to provide the bank details in order to do the bank transfer. On 4th oct'19 i have shared my bank details, till date i haven't received my refund or the product. Was this information helpful? |
