The Mithra Agencies — Pathetic Service

To The Concerned, M/s Maruti Suzuki India Limited, Subject: Complaint Dear Sir / Madam, This is to bring to your kind notice that the services offered by one of your dealership at Hyderabad is not up to the customer’s expectations. The name of the authorized service centre is “The Mithra Agencies, RTC X Roads, Hyderabad. I am a loyal customer to Maruti Suzuki & The Mithra Agencies. I bought a Maruti WagonR duo in Sep 2007 which was my first car. I was quite happy with the car’s performance and service. I use to get it serviced at Sai Service Station as they are close to my office. After 7 years, I bought another car, Maruti Swift Dzire ZDI at Mithra Agencies, Himayathnagar, which is close to my residence. I bought it on 14.08.2014 (Billing date). The first free service was okay. The second free service was poor. I interacted with one of the service advisor’s who denied to clear the interiors of the car and check the possibility of removing the scratches (2 or 3) on the car. He was advising me to go for a shampoo wash for interiors, which wasn’t required for a 6 months old car. It was properly maintained by me and i get it cleaned externally every day. He did not own the responsibility to advice the way to remove the scratches on the car and cleaning of interiors, instead he is asking me to pay for it. There were stains on the dash board, inside part of the door, below the AC vents etc. I gave the feedback to the agent who called me later. This was my experience with the service centre. And, during last month i gave my car for third service. I told the advisor about my earlier experience with them and requested him to take care of the car. I even told him to inform me in case of any additional things required for the car’s safety. The advisor told to get the full matting done for the car’s safety. I immediately told him to go ahead. I took the car after the service and after 2 days i realised that there was water filled on the left side of the driver’s seat. There was 2 inches of water that was settled as the AC’s outlet was left inside the car. I called up the advisor and told him the problem. He asked me to get the car the next day to check and rectify the problem. If the car is given for service, it is whole and sole responsibility of the service advisor and the workshop manager to check the car completely before it is delivered to the customer. Mithra Agencies has again failed to serve me however, they ask to get the car for repair. During this month, i.e. about 10-12 days back, i met with an accident and i needed someone to help with the claim procedures. I had to approach Mithra Agencies again. I lodged the claim and left the place. On the third day, the work on the car started. Gentlemen from National Insurance valuated the damage and didn’t submit the report till the 6th day. I had to follow-up with the advisors for the status of the claim and the work. On the 7th day, i came to know that there were 2 claims raised for the damage. I immediately spoke to the insurance surveyor who was pretty rude and un-professional. He was asking me that why am i bothered about the number of claims. He insulted me by saying that i am bothered about Rs.1000 claim charges and told me that he will waive off the 2nd claim fee. I told the surveyor that Rs.1000 is not important to me however, number of claims is more important. He was arrogant and highly irresponsible in saying that he will return the money. This is not end of it. After, taking the car after the repair i found a lot of stains on the dash board, below the AC vents, stains on the seat covers, inside portion of the doors. I told the lady who called me for the feedback that there were black / dark stains inside the car. She said that a representative will attend to it. I requested the lady to send someone for cleaning at 8 am on 18.05.2015. The guy called up at 8:10 and told that he will reach in 10 mins. He didn’t turn up till 8:30 am. I called him back and told him not to come as i’ve to leave at 8:45 am to office. He then told me that it is 10 mins job for him to clean it. He was cutting short the cleaning time because he was late. I told him not to come to my place again. Every time i wanted to see some improvement in the service but then, there seems to be no concern for customers from their end. I could’ve approached other dealers however, i chose mithra agencies because it is close to my residence and i don’t have to pick it after service, they can deliver at my residence. I am now bringing it to your notice because i have high regards for the brand and also the cars. However, I will not recommend anyone to get their car serviced at Mithra Agencies, RTC X Roads. I am an unsatisfied customer to you and i don’t want anyone else to suffer like me. I hope you will take this feedback and act on it on high priority. My Vehicle No: TS 09 EC 5138.
