Order status not display & balance deducted from account

I have purchase panasonic mobile t31 mobile of sku gs_11309 & order no.Indus[protected] in themorestore at[protected]. I have above 5000 loyality point but reduced balance from indusind account & not display any status of
Delivery & also delivery date.

I have mail two the more store but can not any reply....
