The Original Bedstead Company — damaged sendai glossy metal bed king size | |||
I ordered this bed from Amazon and it was defective (see photo), part was bent and not aligning with other part. It took me many hours to figure out that the part is defective because they claim that the bed can be assembled without professional help and I tried it. This claim is a LIE, the key sent by them was too small and it simply could not be assembled because of damaged part. They initially refused to accept that the part was damaged and insisted that it was bent in transit. The packaging was so POOR QUALITY that the product was spilling out of the packaging when it arrived. When I asked for refund they said 'we will replace the part without any extra cost' I don't understand what this means because why should there be any extra cost when I paid for an undamaged bed IN ADVANCE. It is now more than 10 days and I am still waiting for a refund/ return pickup. The Original Bed Co. says that Fedex is not picking up and an employee of The Original Bedstead Co. told ME to arrange pickup with Fedex. The EXPERIENCE IS HORRIBLE. This is not Sendai bed but SANDAAS bed. HORRIBLE QUALITY and the key they sent was too small, it was rotating freely in the nut, I had to use my fingers to remove the nuts.
