I ordered this bed from amazon because it had 100% positive reviews. I was sent a defective piece which is impossible to assemble because the parts donot align and it can't be screwed on. The seller has been harassing me for past 10 days over the refund and return. He has been asking me to arrange for return pickup. He is blackmailing me by saying that i should withdraw the claim filed by me and the negative review and he will issue me a refund the same day. He is sending these messages outside the amazon messaging service so that amazon doesnot know about these. This is the reason he has 100 % positive reviews. Actually both the product as well as the seller are totally bogus, corrupt and manipulative. I have paid entire amount in advance and now i have neither the bed nor the refund. Seller is intimidating buyer to remove negative reviews otherwise they will not give refund for defective Sendai Glossy/ Black Mortlake bed . I don't understand how Amazon is allowing such a seller on their site. The Original Bedstead Company (www.originalbedsteadcompany.in, www.obc-uk.net) is a total FRAUD. Don't buy, even basic quality check is not done before dispatch.

Very POOR Quality product sent to me by The Original Bedstead Co. through www.Amazon.in .Their Sendai Glossy / Mortlake / Meiji beds are not aligning and cannot be assembled. The product was spilling out of the packaging when received. They are withholding return pickup and refund because they want me to remove the negative review and the claim filed against them.
