The Panel Station — amazon vouchers not received yet and didn't receive loyalty reward

My email linked with panel station — [protected]@gmail.com

I redeemed two amazon vouchers last month —
1st voucher redeemption date = 12 october (1.5 months ago)
2nd voucher redeemption date — 23 october (1 month ago)

I'm using panel station app from long time. I open it daily ;but i didn't get loyalty reward. I already gave this app all the permissions in my phone.

Please send me my vouchers so i can buy gifts for poor kids.
